Technical Meeting
Date: the 1st technical meeting will be held on Sept 25th will be held in the evening hours.
Place: Hotel Loano2 Village.
Venue
Tennis Club Centre in Loano (SV), Via Aurelia 66 – Loano (SV) – (www.tennisclubloano.com)
Distance from Hotel: 10 min approx.
STC: Tennis Club Centre in Loano.
Training days
Sept 25th all day. Sept 26th afternoon.
The OC will provide only one package of four balls per player for training. If the Teams need more we kindly ask to provide by yourselves. Practice will be possible every playing day, at least one hour before competition matches start.
Competition days
Sept 27th, 28th, 29th , Oct 1st and Oct 2nd . Sept 30th : Day Off, no competitions.

Tournament system
We will follow ITF rules, competition regulations (arrangement) and INAS Handbook (Tennis Specifications).
The System of play will be Round Robin. The best two in groups will continue in k. o. system – quarter-final, semi-final and final matches. Also the play for 3rd place will be played.

Court surface: Outdoor Clay Courts.
Referees and Umpires
The tournament will be ruled by internationally recognised referees. The matches will be ruled by Umpire referee only.
Medal ceremony
In the course of competition, after each competition. Bronze, Silver and Gold medals will be given for individuals and for Teams (2 Team members + Coach).
Anti-Doping
It will be realized in the Sport Hall during competitions, time schedule TBD
