Technical Meetings
Date: the 1st technical meeting will be held on Sept 25th in evening hours.
Place: Hotel TBD

Distance from Hotel: 30 min approx.

Training days
Sept 25th , from 10.00 am till 06:00 pm, free. 26th afternoon.
The OC will provide only one package of four balls per delegation for training. If the Teams need more we kindly ask to provide by yourselves.
Competition days
Sept 27th , 28th , 29th , Oct 1st , 2nd .
Day Off will be on Sept 30th .
Competition time schedule: TBD
Medal ceremony
In the course of competition, after each competition. Bronze, Silver and Gold medals will be given for individuals and for Teams (max n. 4 Team members + Head Coach).
Referees and Umpires
Each delegation participating with 6 or more athletes to Table Tennis Tournament is obliged to bring one professional national umpire, with travelling costs on the Nation’s costs.
Accommodation, Meals and Daily Allowance will be offered by the OC.
Penalty: if the Nation doesn’t bring any umpire will have to pay a penalty of EUR 800,-. Nations with LESS than 6 athletes are NOT OBLIGED and will not pay the penalty.
Events on the programme
There is no quota for entries by nation.
Sept 27th : Team Event Men; Team Event Women;
Sept 28th : Team Event Men and Women Finals; Men´s singles and Women´s singles Group Stage;
Sept 29th : Single Event Men and Women; Men´s doubles (same Nation) and Women´s doubles (same Nation).
Sept 30th : Free Day
Oct 1st : Women Singles Tournament Finals; Men Singles Tournament Finals; Doubles Tournament Women Finals; Men Doubles Tournament Finals; Doubles Mixed Tournament* Group Stage;
Oct 2nd : Doubles Mixed Tournament, Qualifying Rounds and Finals.
*Mixed Event must be Men/Women same National Team.
