* Number of participants per country is limited at 3 riders per country per events.
* The competition will be organized in accordance with the UCI rules.
* Note: The Teams must be composed by two people (the timing will be took on the second member). The team can be composed also by man and woman and in this case the race will be 7,5 km long. For the Team Competition (TTT) a country must enter a maximum of 3 competitors (of the same nation) men and/or women; – Each country can present a maximum of 2 Teams (Team “A” and “Team “B”), but only one team will be awarded on Team events.
* The runners of each team must present to the bike check at the latest 15 minutes before the time of departure envisaged (UCI Rules 2.5.009)
* At the beginning, the runners are held one beside the other on the starting line and are released without being thorough, by contents, which must be the same ones for all the teams (UCI Rules 2.5.011).
* For the ranking of the team, the particular rule of the race will specify on which runner crossing the finishing line time will be taken (UCI Rules 2.5.014).
* For INAS-FID cycling road competitions, the minimum age for shall be the year of the rider’s 18th birthday (according UCI rules 16.2.001 and INAS-FID regulations)
* All INAS registered athletes are eligible to compete. During the accreditation, presentation of the signed UCI cycling licence (cycling for all or road licence) of the rider is recommended.
Technical Meeting
Date: the 1st technical meeting will be held on Sept 25th in the evening hours. Other meetings will be organized according to the participants’ needs.

Price Presentations
They will be after every competition. Bronze, Silver and Gold medals will be given for individual and for Teams (max n. 3 Team members and NO Coach).
Eligibility Check
Eligibility check will be held on Sept 26th right after Opening Ceremony. Place TBD. Remember to bring your passport. At the same time possibility to train in the Hall.
Technical Meetings
Technical Meeting Sept 25th will be held at the Hotel at 09:30.
Daily Technical Briefings will be held the night before competition starting Sept 26th at 09:30 pm.
Sport Wear
Homologated Official National Sport Suit (Uniform and official national cycling jersey) and cycling helmet compulsory (during the ITT or during the TTT, when a Time Trial Helmet can be worn!)
